I Watch My Mouth

Poem
I live long
I stay safe
I use my mouth
Sparingly and with grace
I talk
Only when it counts
I eat food
In small amounts
I live long
I am safe
I avoid excessive chemicals
Lipped through my face;
Because tobacco and alcohol
Can diminish health
And in the end
Can cause a threat to wealth
I live long
I live safe
By rarely mouthing
Off in haste;
I tell myself
If I can
To use my mouth
Sparingly and with grace
