Rise Products And Services; A Successful Pan African Project

Located in the heart of the mother continent, inspired by a strong spirit to confront the issues affecting continental and diaspora Africa is a project called Rise Products and Services. Just as its name speaks for itself, the goal is to make a significant contribution in bringing about a positive fundamental change in the story of Africa. It all began in August 2016 and was started by a team comprising of both continental and diaspora Africa.
With Shea Butter as the major product, the aim is to contribute unto building of society through service. As I am writing this, Rise Products and Services already owns over 19 acres of land in a little Ugandan village known as Okwang in Otuke district, is in preparations to build a factory and plans to support a wide network of local farmers who are the source of its production materials (Shea nut seeds) while at the same time sharing the spirit of pan Africanism and self determination.
It didn’t take long before the sales started flowing in. As of today, Rise Products and Services exports Shea Butter far and wide from Uganda to Ethiopia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and to Houston - USA and now Canada. With activities ranging from rice and simsim farming and two ox ploughs to help in the ploughing, real estate (construction of rental cottages), Shea Butter production and distribution and now coconut production already in the pipeline, the sky is the limit for Rise Products and Services.

To the team, it is not about the money or popularity, but rather achieving visible progress in connecting black people, supporting black owned businesses, changing lives and building a multinational Black Owned Brand.

Rise Products and Services is also planning to include among it’s wide range of products Coco nut oil and also to connect to more markets in Europe, Australia and far East Asia.
